Community Health centre    On going   Financial Assistance (SPO) Community Health Centre Mother Care & Child Health Centre at Mouza Ray Pur Tehsil Kabirwala District Khanewal Punjab Pakistan.  Mouza Ray Pur Ch Ferozwala is the main village of union council Mari Sahu. The target project village of Tehsil Kabirwala is comprises 225 Small scattered villages it is located along the north bank of sindh nai canal at a distance of15 kilometer from the Kabirwala town   . Some facilities are available in the target project village. One primary school for boys and Girls. One deeni Taleemi Madarsa is also there No sui Gas no water supply scheme no vocational training centre for the poor women is there. The women of those villages are very poor they are living from hand to mouth. They work in the field to earn their livelihood. There is no Middle or High school in the project area this is the most effected area of the Tehsil Kabirwala with respect to poverty. Last year a woman dies due to hunger and poverty Education play important role in the development of any community but the people are so poor they cannot send their girls for Higher Education. Some facilities are available which are not adequate. One most important that water for irrigation is not available here. Peasants are not in position to install a tube well for irrigation purpose. The main cause of poverty is the lack of availability of Irrigation water. Main source of income / employment opportunities 95 % of the population directly or indirectly employed in agriculture. 1% of the population of the target village is in Govt services. The main source of income of the target village is engaged in agriculture. But most important aspect of this target village is that Majority of the farmers have less than five acre land, land less farmers are very common, laborer are forced to work and stay connected wth this owing to there is no any other profession.  Marginal farmers are very common who cannot afford the price of input e which has been doubled. So they caught up vicious circle of poverty only 5% of the people are in business. Women are very poor. There are only two women who are post Graduate and only one is Matric. When we talks about the source of income of the people in the target village women of that village are very force, they are working in the fields as laborer as peasants, during cotton season they pick cotton and earn their livelihood. During harvest season they cut and gather wheat for their family livelihood. Their work in the paddy fields to earn some money for their family but all her efforts has been never recognized. Women working as peasants, laborer cotton picker gather fodder or works in the onion  and potato fields but her husband is always remaining doubtful about their activities Any other information in relation to the proposed project Literacy and poverty is very common in the target project area. According to 1998 census thee is only 25% literacy rate in the project area. There is no High or Middle School near the village. Boys and girls of these villages have to cover along s distance to reach the middle and high school. Adult population of the villages is mostly illiterate. Birth rate among the family is very high. Each married couple has more than five children; people have no sense of proper Health care and nutrition. People use outlet toilet. The ratio of disease like diherrrea  , anemia , tuberculosis  , typhoid malaria  and sunstroke is very high . 80% of the pregnant women are suffering from anemia due to lack o nutritional sense and poverty is the main contributing factor. Women always think about their livelihood which is becoming difficult due to low wage rate of decreasing of agricultural production. Main portion of the income are directly related with the agriculture., but due to high price of agricultural inputs the agricultural is remain no beneficial  for the poor women . An important story of Miss Kurshaid Bibi who Husband has been died due to tuberculosis. She possesses 2 acre land but due to poverty she was not cultivating the land. Now she is working in different home to earn livelihood for their children. Establishment of CHC Centre at Ray Pur on sustainable basis. Current outreach

Nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) are widely recognized for their success in designing and implementing locally effective projects and  programs.  The organization has widely reached and protecting privilege communities’ .Now the organization has tracked record of working in different districts of Pakistan. But for working with communities and  CBO Privilige communities and uprootyed people specially important during poor farmer which was joint project of prime and SAP-PK it was observed that Marginallpeople arevery deserving and needs special attention. So it is regarded that such people sould be in minds whien making such plans . Current outreach is widely recognized ofthat districts where prime has start making Kissan CBO and committee , so lt is highly appreciateable to work for these people . Some ten districts ARE VERY DESERVING AND NEEDS INFRASTRUCTURE . SO these districts are the current outreach of PRIME organization , project ten district of south Punjab are selected for this purpose. Such districts are Khanewal, Multan Toba Tek Singh MuzafarGarh , DG Khan ,jhang , Layyah , PRIME make kissan committee trained and united  them into Poor Farmers Movement . Many women and children are living in miserable condition and they are not in position to make progress in different walk of life . Women and children will be the integral part of this project. Some project will be designed which will totally for women and vulnerable children. So with respect to this District Khanewal is most deserving, where people are living below poverty line, and they are not earning as desired, with respect to this situation the health of women and children are decreasing and their life expectancy rate is also decreasing. This situation is very alarming; however, most NGOs are small, scattered organizations that do not generate large-scale change. Some try to expand their operations, yet in the process lose the very attributes that fostered their local successes. Pakistan Rural Institutional Organization for Socio Eco Growth and Education (PRIME) has current outreach in layyah, Jhung, vihari, D.G Khan, Khanewal Muzafferghur, Multan etc. PRIME has very large outreaches in these areas of Pakistan.
